Looks like I'll be pulling the trigger on a Naish Mana 10 soon......the only question is - Bamboo or AST?  Does anyone know the differences (if any) in terms of weight of the boards, durability, "feel", etc, etc,,,  thanks!!

My vote goes for the bamboo.

Well I am not 100% sure, but I think the bamboo is more durable. As far as I understand the bamboo is a little more solid on the nose(?) There was a write up on the construction on the zone somewhere....but I can't remember.

even if the construction isn't any better the bamboo looks killer IMO :-)

I have the bamboo and if there's any weight difference between the bamboo and AST it's not much.. If I had to say which is more durable I'd guess and say the AST is.. IMO the bamboo looks much better with its gloss finish but it does cost a lot more.. The bamboo comes with much better fins and a board bag.. The AST not only has cheaper fins they are different in size.. The center fin is much bigger and I'm guessing that would make it slightly more stable.. I got a discount on mine through my local shop so I went for the bamboo but if I was paying full price I'd buy the AST for sure.
