The board is an 11x31 and 200 liters longboard. The fin is a 10" Wingnut fatboy and I'm 6' & 200#.

The wave is a 2-3' steep beachbreak.  The first strokes lead into the takeoff.  Interesting study of where you've got to be to turn a big board.

We had the butt cam, the crotch cam, the helmet cam, the mouth cam and now the dangling testicle cam.

Jay, you showed me when you were here in Santa Cruz that my Vernor could be adroitly turned with proper footwork, because I saw you navigating it with some ease when the waves had some energy.  That is something I still haven't done on it, but I have been 100 percent on the Prowave since then, which can be turned from the center.

 ;D ;D ;D. Hi Carl. Thanks.

All the time you're spending on your prowave has got to be some powerful anti-aging medicine.  Surprise yourself some time with a step back on the tail.

Yup, I have been getting that back foot toward the stomp pad at right angles to the rail, which has allowed me to learn some minor cutback skills, something I also didn't have when you were here.

I was able to shift my back foot to the right and left rails to turn away from some of the shoreside proners today. That is starting to look like the birth of something resembling control.
