Put in 4 hrs prone surfing and around 12 hrs SUP surfing and paddling this week, along with 6, 90 minute Bikram hot yoga classes. Yoga keeps this old body moving especially after the hammering it took this week... Love that off shore breeze......

That hot yoga sounds like my kind of workout. I definitely need the stretch too. The body bends more than it did before I started standup but I'm still far from flexible.

Great morning here in FL.  Knee high and glassy for the early part of the morning.  Was SUP with another guy who wanted to try my 10'6" PSH.  He had a SOS Blue and would not give back my board.  Road it from over an hour before I had to ask for it back.  We had a great session with some longboard surfers and a couple of wave ski people.  All in all a great saturday morning.  And yes, we are in baggies down here!

Fun 4+ hours of surfing nice mostly waist highs at nantasket beach with bodhi and issel. Went out expecting a distance paddle and got a sunny glassy day of nice swells. Paddled 3/4 mile or so catching breaks along the way. Found a glassy spot and stayed. As the tide turned we made our way back up slowly, still catching all the way.

Lots of fun surfing with you guys finally.... 8)

5 mile open ocean paddle with lots of wind and chop, a pretty good swell also. Lots of fun in the beautiful sun shiney weather.I sup surfed for 30 min. after the paddle, but it was starting to close out. Can't wait to get in the water with you " south shore" guys.

Great downwinder Sun wind was blowing 25 to30 my girl finally figured out how to connect the bumps could hear her hooting over mt IPod classic stuff. Mon went for a 2 mile prone paddle on the Eaton to get wet, its amazing how much the SUP has helped with the paddleboard makes knee paddling easier.

Was thinking of you Sunday Mike...how's the eardrum?

CHill...I can't wait to get together with someone so I can do a high wind downwinder. Gotta have the logistics of 2 vehicles worked out though.

Two downwind sessions today back to back at 7 miles a piece was only going to do one but took a friend who hasnt been in good wind and he loved it so we decided to go one more time so much fun. Stoneaxe when I get up there in august we should get together and do a downwinder should be up there for almost a week going to try to plane it around the Cape Cod Bay Challenge would like to get some surf in to.

ECSUP

Quick session this am before work. 3.5mile paddle-1.75 mi downwind and 1.75 mi. into the wind, small chop and occasional white cap. I tried to paddle hard the whole time, although I did have a couple of mental fades ( old age), and it took 41 minutes. I am also training with a kinimaka wooden paddle which heavier than the paddle I plan to use in the event.

Stoneaxe- The ear drum is still tender, but nothing time and some red wine can't heal.
