Morning session: waves waist to chest high with strong SW winds 15-20 with stronger sustained gusts creating a choppy surface.

Caught lefts and rights, real fun!  After grabbing a few lefts I know what creek means the Soul likes longer carving turns not very snappy and I think what I'm feeling as stiffness going right is actually the Soul wanting a more drawn out carve, something I'll have to adjust to.

The board is a bit tippy at first but I quickly adjust to it. Paddles easily into waves and handles steep drops well.  It's much faster once on a wave than my Fanatics and that's something I'll have to adjust to as well.

Sup, I'm thinking the Flow 9'6" would be good for me at 6'3" 230#, let me know when you are selling yours!

Bringing up this old thread as I just scored on CL.  Used SOUL 9'6" in pristine condition and driving distance from my place. I got as my step down board and cannot wait to try it. Coming down from 10' 170 liters nps allourunder, so goal was to reduce a volume but keep the length around 9 and half and width for my 210 lbs..
