So did anybody get to feel the difference?

I tried it a few weeks ago. Dave brought the 23" deep deck to PPSUP one night and it's killer. Noticeably the glide was incredible and the release is super clean. I have the 2016 14'x25" Whip flat deck but would love to get into one of these deep decks.

FYI that photo is the current 2018 Whiplash not a 2019.

Kayadog posted one for sale a couple days ago. Someone snatch that thing up!

I get it on windsurf boards. Interesting it works at our fuddyduddy speeds (or lack thereof).

Looks like the 3D cutter got stuck. Or maybe Dave got called out for beers halfway though modifying a new shape.
