90 knot gusts? A boat rescue is going to be pretty hazardous in wind that strong - you'd need a pretty good rescue procedure, great equipment and a skilled crew.

I would have thought that 90 knots would part you from your board faster than Donald Trump can say "comb-over".

Nice to see Europe leading the way in downwinding for once though.

Look forward to seeing the whole vid as there isn't much in the way of glides there but the swell looks epic! Wonder if they got the foil going well.

^Yes, bad edit.

They were focusing on showing how rough the conditions were rather than showing
Epic downwinding.

Usually I feel jealous when seeing riders in these conditions. I almost felt sorry for them
this time around, epic conditions no glides.
in progress...

Yeah....the editing was done by folks who don't SUP so they didn't really know what SUP folks look for in these vids......whole thing should be out within a couple of weeks.

Interesting. Yeah it is a bad edit, but it was interesting to note both DW boards and short SUP's with foils were participating.

I think that the next M2O is going to be SUPER interesting if they let foils and 14' boards compete against one another.  8)
