1998 Toyota 4runner, fit's my 10'3AA in there no problemo, and doesn't even block my line of sight....

I really love this version of the 4runner.  It's got a 4 cylinder engine, which saves a lot more gas than the much more common v6 versions, and it makes it over the Pali & H3 easily!

Here is my Uli on my Uly. I ride this from Hilo to Kona on the Big Island for work.
I'll be in Kona in April 4 just for a day.......I like that town.

Last trip I took with a buddy of mine, we were loaded for a little bit of everything -

Jeff - where did you get your trailer from?  Is it as light as it looks?  Seriously thinking of downsizing my weekday transportation and looking for a nice small light trailer that could be pulled behind a mini car . . .  thanks!

Gotta get an ULI. I'm planning some good bike rides this year. I think an ULI fits right into those plans. Fishing rod, ULI, a little camping gear, and I'm gone.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

It is a Rack -n- Roll trailer.  Yakima recently purchased the company.   hope this is a good thing for them. I really like this trailer. It is as light as it looks, to me anyway :)
It also collapses and folds up flat ending up about ten inches thick.  It has little wheels set into the frame so that when you stand it up in its collapsed state you can then wheel it against a wall in the garage.  Other than owning one of their trailers I've got no connection.

This is Jimmy B's first version of the beach buggy he has now. We used this one for a project we did along the Gulf Coast this winter. No peanut oil in this rig. It does have a nice little Subaru engine in it though. The trailer pulled right along.  Couldn't even tell it was there.

The VW is nice, but I like his new FORD better.
Lots of foil boards 6'7"-7'4", L41 TVD's and Jimmy Lewis Strikers..

Jeff, more photos of the VW if you have them!  I assume it's a Syncro, what other goodies lurk beneath the bitchin' green paint?  I just saw a bit on JB's new rig, and when I saw the color of this one, I immediately wondered if there was a connection.
