No worries SD.  I know people who do work for Olympia Fire.  What team for Ski to Sea were you on?  I have done that race every year for 12 years now.  I am the mountain biker for Beavers Tree Service.  Great local race, probably be awhile before there is a SUP leg.  Cheers!

I'm thinking this might be a good basis for a surfmobile. It's a failed TR3 restoration project I bought a few years ago and haven't done much with. I can build a TR3 with my eyes closed, so I should get my ass in gear and do it with a Rollbar/rack. That would be kind of cool I suspect. Be a fun car to take to Maui.
Hmmm. Mobile me images don't seem to work in the forum.

I kew I liked you. Love that ceiling. I have a 12' enclosed trailer full of giant scale aerobats and helicopters. Funny I have a handful of buddies that fly and surf/SUP. Nothing I like more than to Surf in the morning then head out to the field and fly until dark. Ihave got to figure out how to post pics here.

It was like 10 years ago, everyone on the team had a physical disability but were 'elite' athletes in their chosen sport.  Amputees, blind, muscular dystrophy, spinal chord injury, etc.  We ended up 4th or 5th overall (IIRC).  I anchored the kayak leg.  Really fun race.  Did you do it solo?
(note to all- sorry for straying OT)

This is my Ford Courier dual cab ute ''04'' model. I got the extra cab so i can fit the whole family in it when we go to the beach. I also put a ute liner and a lockable lid on it so i can lock up the essentials out of sight (esky full of ice and good ozzy beer :)

This is my ride.

It is like a magic trick. Now you see it now you don't! Gotta love the PSH 9'3" ripper.

There is about 1" to spare. Plus when it is in the car I go fins facing back, and upside down.

haha, I'm afraid of lot of things (big waves, sharks, tiger snakes, huge crowds, big cities etc...) but absolutly not of scratching the roof !!!
Actually the car's value is less than each board, so I'm ok with scratching it if it's the price to pay to get my toys down to the beach !!
