I suspect it's a bit of a trip, but I have seen the work that JimK's repair guy does for Extremewindsurfing (Jimk's shop). High quality work. I would be confident in any repair that he does.

There is a guy named Art that Don from Eastrn Lines surf shop uses. His work is impeccable . Tron Surfboard Repair. Brian at Brrenlight fixed a fin box blow-out for me once.
