Thanks Jacko...

You guys are just like the old Timex watch ads... ;D
Talk about getting worked..!! :o

Looks like the new Fanatics are pretty good downwind boards too.  Hope you get a chance to post more vids - between all your race training.

It ain't over until the fat board sinks....

Jacko, that was a nice race video but here is the crazy downwind video you may have been trying to link to. Holy crap! That looks incredible.

Ho, boy!

Fun vid, looks gnar - the 'rogue' at 2:25 looked spooky. Wow, intense conditions. Camera obviously flattened things BIG time. You could tell when the other paddler was in the frame how big it was. He disappears into a trough. Must have been an all time day! Cool vid!

Good stuff. Looks like you need to come to Maui in the winter though, for some serious "stimulation". If you're laughing at getting mugged by waves like that, you'll be hysterical at outer Kanaha.

We're headed into the crazy wind season here in Hood River. I hope we get a few 40 plus days soon, I'm having withdrawal symptoms. I paddled flatwater today. Yes, I admit it--flat water.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

That looks like so much fun.  Thanks for posting.

Hahaha! That's AWESOME! :D Love the battle just to get out into it. Looks like a blast, I'm impressed with how the Falcon handled it! How is it surfing from the back with that narrow looking tail?

This was did e on the 12'6 boards and they have a good size square tail and sure unreal!! The 14ft boards fun more of a pin tail but also have no trouble surfing the bumps!!

Looks like your surfing experience really helped out of those turns... it would be a tight group till you caught a runner and left the crowd behind! Nice effort.

12'6's? Even better! :D Yea, looking at the pics from Lost Mills the 14's looked pretty tight at the back end. I dunno if you're allowed to discuss, or how proto they still are, but any how wide are they're looking to be next year? Still a 25", 27.5", 30" kinda plan? Can't wait to see more footage!

Yeah not sure how much i can say, but what you see in the pics and video is the new board. Sizes 24 3/4  and 27 1/4 in both 12'6 and 14.

Boards go unreal and are really a great Allrounder that could win a race in the flat and in DW conditions. The Fanatic crew have work super hard this year on the race boards and you can feel that hard work in the boards with how good they feel in all conditions!!

Hope this helps!!

Takeo

Nice race video and awesome downwind video! I miss the wind!
