Every weekend, i make a s'more or two for the wife.  After many, many years, i have perfected the process.  here you go.

1.  keep the graham crackers in the freezer to keep them fresh;
2.  use dark chocolate sea salt caramel filled square;
3.  use coconut covered marshmallows;
4.  use shiskabob skewer;
5.  heat shiskabob skewer over fire;
6.  slide marshmallows (2) over heated portion of skewer to cooler portion;
7.  cook mallows;
8.  break graham in half;
9.  put single choc square on one graham;
10. let outside mallow catch fire;
11.  put mallow onto choc;
12.  use other half of cracker to slide mallow off;
13.  flip around so bottom is graham, the next up vertically is mallow that u removed, then the choc;
14. now set second mallow on fire;
15.  place on top of choc square;
16. put other graham on top of burning mallow;
17. slide out skewer.

eat.

u r welcome.

Shouldn't this be on the Primal thread in the Diet and Nutrition forum?

They're even made by roasting them over a fire--can't get any more primal than that.

Some great tips and ideas!

I like the coconut marshmallow idea, but what is #2?  Tell me more about this dark chocolate sea salt caramel filled square thing.
Who makes it?
Where do you get it?

Your wife must really love you!

Strand Leper

pdx,

wife is far from primal... hardest part is not making one for me.

Here is the magic stuff...

Chocolate, dark, salt and caramel...

Yes, this completes the s'more.

Fark

So tell us honestly, how many have you eaten? ;D

Strand Leper

Quite honestly, I am not crazy about them.  (Thankfully)

The wife goes nuts over them... and enjoys watching me try to perfect the process.

She calls me her little chemist.

I usually eat a square or two of my 86% Chocolate while I am making it for her.

After a hard week, it is kind of nice to focus all of my energy on making the perfect s'more.

If we have the BOP barbecue, in addition to the wine, I will bring the s'more fixins.

If  you don't mind I would like to swipe this and share it on Facebook. A few friends would definitely appreciate it. Especially the two that are gluten intolerant  ;D
