SUP Race Training - Wed 6 PM July 25th. Ft Lauderdale, FL - On the Strip

Come meet up with our local SUP racers as they set up Race Training events every other Wednesday at Ft Lauderdale Beach on the Strip.  Get some fitness training in while chasing them around on their work outs on land and water.  Meet the featured racers to get some tips or just come hang out to check out the latest toys.

It is easiest to look for Roray Kam black Starboard Pick up truck and flags.
The girls that host it, do it every 2 weeks for free, great group of people.

Trying to find out if I need to bring any gear to this event.  Is this a speaking event only?  Or will I need to bring a paddle, etc?

Picked up some great tips from Coach Michael Metzger and Mary Anne training circuit was great.

Looks like great fun! Any plans on bringing something like this down to Miami

I think the strip in Ft. Lauderdale is convenient for the paddlers in this group. Maybe if they decide to get together on a weekend you can make it.

I would like to work on my endurance and start doing some 6+ mile sessions averaging 4 mph depending on the wind. If you're interested let me know, maybe plan something in the Key Biscayne area.
