The Bic 12'6" Wing is in their Ace-Tec line. And it's really tough. Compression molded foam epoxy & then encased in a plastic shell. So I was told this makes it less susceptible to problems from the sun & heat, and fairly ding-proof. I demoed one for a few days & it's FAR more durable than any LakeShore, Bote or SUPATX board I've ever seen.

The Dura-tec line doesn't have nearly as many shapes but the guy said they are practically bombproof.

Thanks, I can't make heads or tails from all the Dura this or Ace that.  It looks like plastic, feels like plastic.  I don't think it is as durable as a blow molded or roto molded plastic, but far superior to epoxy as far as durability.

Beauty of roto or blow molded is its hallow and the plastic will just flex. I would imagine a good solid hit to a BIC Dura-tec would maybe not show but the foam would be damaged.
