cape cod thursday night get together

attention s.e. newenglanders, i am trying to organize a thursday night get together for race- minded individuals looking to up there training.this is just a get together! there will be no prizes,trophies or entrance fee's. everyone paddles at there own risk! open to anyone,sprints at 5:00,5 mile loop around oyster harbors at 6:00. if the forcast is for 15 knots + on thursday it moves to wednesday. this week will be at west bay landing on bridge st. osterville on wednesday 4/17. thoughts and opinions?

Sounds GREAT Cyclops. Just a heads up, Ryan Hewson (Mocean) is planning a BIC Race Series this summer. He was planning on Thursday nights also. He wants to talk with you if possible.

thanks for the heads up matt,i spoke with ryan today. it looks like he made a huge commitment to a bic one design race. i will be the first to sign up when he pulls it together. maybe tuesday will work out better at that point... thinking of calling this the midweek challenged

I paddled today from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM West Bay and Hyannis Port but I will be there to take pictures. I'm freakin sun stroked.

First offical unoffical Cape Cod Thursday Night Race Series was held at West Bay in Osterville, MA. First photo is CYCLOPS and his brother Scott warming up waiting for Matt Freetobeme. Other photo of CYCLOPS and  Free's new used Fanatic Space Ship. Off they go around the island around 6:00 PM.

Great spot! 5.1 miles around Oyster Harbors. Right where Paddle for the Bays Race is held. Hopefully with improving weather we can get more of a crew together!  See u next week.
