Great pics Tom!

If you photoshopped in a shortboard you would not be able to tell-especially his torqued out frontside-kid rips-nice guy too.

^^^^  X2  (what SoCalSupper said times 2)...    Sean is "ripping it up" on tour and he received 'most' of his skills from surfing right here on "The First Coast"(sorry guys, but we are very proud of our "N. Florida Favorite Son" and have to express it whenever his name comes up  :) )...                Paddle on, JD

What JD said!  NE Florida SUP surfer- Currently #1 is Awesome.  Super nice guy too.  Steve did him a solid steering him in the SUP direction.

I would like to surf that well. His paddle technique is phenomenal.

He's doing things that shortboarders weren't doing a few years ago, and he looks to be in complete control at every stage.  That's just not fair.  :)

I'll play the NE Florida card too JD and MD ... I write for the paper up here and caught up with Sean last year. He's got a great story to tell.

I sort of disagree with first few responses...he's using the paddle for leverage & torque; very different [to me] from shortboarding! Yeah, I know...maybe splitting hairs but what I like about performance paddlesurfing is using the paddle for maneuvers - not letting it dangle from my hand... Otherwise, I'd rather be prone surfing. Incorporation of paddle is what makes paddlesurfing...well, paddlesurfing; not shortboarding.  ;D

Keeping it distinct...

Nice shots!
