recommendations for gps/tracking app or wristtop device

training for some distance and want a user friendly tracking system for distance, time, pace, etc.
is there a good iphone app for that? and solid waterproof case?

I use the guts from a H20 audio armband. Don't like the band but I like the case.

I'm very impressed with Motion-X. Here's a maliko run shared via email. It also posts directly to facebook and I've built an interface that lets it dump straight to my new blog xgeez.com
