I find I get hurt more in 1 foot surf vs 3 foot surf. It's always my feet. Scary situation out there, glad to see its all good. Any idea what it was?

hmm. I didn't think about the car, that's waxy roof and I carry the board on my head.

The glue on my pad finally gave away during the last surf after multiple re-glues. I'm thinking of just waxing the whole thing and screw the pad.

As anyone done that? If so, how did your feet feel after a long flat water paddle?

Since moving to the Gulf, I traded boards to get something to ride surf vs touring. I wasn't really to excited about it at first with the wind swell we have. Then last week we had offshore winds and a waste high bump.. I will probably never prone paddle waves again. Just sooo stoked.
