Here's a picture of  a crossbow stroke (I didn't find any cutback). How would call it?



I have not seen that crossbow stroke too much but it does look good.  I would like to try it.  I need to find some more video of this stroke so I can see how the do it.

Good clip of the crossbow stroke by Noland Martin.  There are very few guys doing it but it looks really good when carving off the top.  It is exciting seeing new stylish moves that are being invented on SUP with the paddle.  Thanks for the clip.  I was trying to do it with my body at my work desk but it was a little tricky because I am regular foot and Noland is goofy.  I think I see what he is doing.  He keeps the padlle primarily of the wave face side but brings the blade across the board as he cuts back without switching hands.  Gotta try it.
