nice by you--it was pretty mushy by me--strictly an LB or SUP wave--got some very long small ones, tho--frontside, hand of the "face"

good morning today in front of a RI flagpole, just me and lil bobby fox.  peeling lefts.  the proners one break over got the bigger waves, we got the better.  man, i love RI.  wore a 4 mil suit, kept the hood down.  perfecto mucho.

could be but my blue thing ain't so little -- over 10'.  went to another spot in ri today and had some speedy waves.  surfed without hood on -- all good until i got caught inside and went under three waves.  headache so bad i started gagging.  that'll learn me!

same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. i felt paralyzed. i took it as my initiation back to new england waters. kinda spooky though how painful it was.

Kayadogg thats cause your still not acclimated to little RI waters yet, give it another week of the toasty 38 degree water and you'll be fine (as long as you stop heading back out west) Ha Ha !!

I know. And now I'm back in 80 degree weather and 64 degree water. All of the hard work from the past 2 months is out the window.

A little drive would have put you in the water.
Last week I drove 15 road trip hours, in 3 consecutive days of waves out of state.

I was drooling today scanning the surf cams in New England......hope you all got a chance to get out and catch a bunch!!!!!

Yeah, Mr Big, Kayadogg and myself had a blast at 1st beach and it got better and better as the afternoon progressed!! Waist high occasionally bigger sets, offshore wind was tough in the am but it cleaned up well. Awesome time w some cool Zoners !!

BTW the water was super clean, no red tide anywhere!!
