What board do you use? ISUP's ride you higher out of water compared to a hard board (streetfigher, badfish, etc.). My Werner Stinger is 10" taller then me and I am on a lower deck board.

Session is similar construction with a more traditional blade shape. I have tried it and think I am going to get a 3-piece session for my river surf board (Badfish IRS). My Streetfighter is pretty wide so having the 10" taller then my is nice esp with the Stingers smaller tipped blade. When I want to use more of the blade, I need to put the stinger in the water more, and you would not need to do that with the Session. The Jackson has a lower standing area compared to an inflatable so i would stick with the 10"-ish range for paddle.
