You guys are a tough crowd.  Hope he's not trying to mount a fleshlight, which in turn would allow mounting......Well, nevermind.

Instead of driving screws into the foam,

Make a round hole the depth you want, fill it with thickened epoxy and use it as a place to screw into or use a screw insert in the epoxy. Wont leak and can be used to mount either permanent or temporary. A wide foot may take several
pours for stability.

Good luck and you can tell me what you are up to. I won't tell anyone.

So at least three of you have the aluminum board already.  When did the BIG DONG go into production??

Good call.
Yea, that works. As long as the drilled section is achieved without 'wobble'. Even though we're talking about dense foam core, foam is still the weak link when it comes to stability and longevity - which in this case is everything.
I say everything but still, we don't know what the OP is up to. If it's simply mounting a hologram of Brooke, located aft, to assist us in our technique then it's not likely so critical.
Some heavy, tall, elongated object on the other hand would no doubt start to sag and fail when the epoxy starts to move around in that which we drilled.
Wonder when Op will weigh in on this...
