That is funny Piece of 8 because that is Stoneaxe's truck with the 3-4 boards on it right behind your head. The Late Summa Paddle was fun day and night last year.

Pono - I looked at Karen's website and Lily does have an uncanny resemblance. I can only hope that someday Lily is as an accomplished paddler as her....baby steps though. I have to get her on a board first!!!

  With my new Kenalu paddle I just won at a CCBC event last September (thanks Stoneaxe). Coming up on my 3rd summer of SUP. Nothings been better on body and mind than this sport. Napili is right.  Pono Bill pointed us in that direction in 2011.  Lake Norman is not Napili Bay but we have a blast here and also the NC coast.  All of you zoners are welcome anytime to come hang out!  Due to the gals, the sup board count is at six and the surf boards are currently at seven.  Sorta like buying shoes for the girls!!

Napili was also suggested to me here as a good beach to hang out on when we were staying in Honokowai this past December. Loved it there, and next time I'm back I hope to stay at one of the places on the beach at Napili bay.
