I bought future fins from them on 4/18, and my order is still "processing"

They have a good reputation. I was in the store last week and got a new QB. I am also acquainted with Mike Baker and others that deal through them. They prolly just didnt have the fin in stock and it could be a delay on Future's side.

That is weird, they are usually all over it.  I was just in their shop on Sunday and picked up a set of JL 2 Future Fins for my PSH AA 9'6".  They have a Future Fin's Demo Tree.  So I got to try out two different sets for about a week each.  I am totally stoked with my new fins.  It's a completely different board.  They are about a half a block from my work.  I would call them and ask; maybe your order is stuck in the system somewhere.  Unless it's some weird fin on back order.

I love this forum! I would be getting nervous too about an order and its great to here from a bunch of other people on a issue or concern. I wish WebMD would do the same, instead it makes me think I have some rare incurable disease.

Bought my first board there and about 1 month later it got a few delamination spots on the bottom and they gave me a new board no questions asked.

Bought my paddle from their Newport location.  The guys were great, gave me a ton of info and talked me into buying the right paddle, not the one I was set on buying.  Even included a free paddle bag.  I highly recommend them!
