A few folks on the Cape have em.  "Pinky" is one
Doesn't look bad on a board.  It's a little smaller though than the pics portray

No idea if it works....how could you know?   

I did paint black and white flames on the bottom of my kids boards....why not?  cost me half a can of spray paint and 10 minutes...i had a flame stencil anyway, and the kids think it's cool...

I figure sup is not an issue except maybe loose a foot...i just don't wanna loose a kid, so i watch the seals when they are surfing...happy seals=happy me.
The drive to the beach is the real risk anyway.
