Someone else might have posted this video already but if not, it shows Laird doing some nice board 360's and should be helpful if you are trying to learn this move.

Helpful in the same way that watching Nureyev dance will help me do the hokey pokey.

Yes, it's cool how he just casually slides out the tail in the most critical part of the wave, he makes it look so easy.
