Howzit pure adrenaline,

Thanks again for the elite paddle I'm still waiting for the winds to calm down to put it thru a good run. Maybe tomorrow or saturday from the reports.

I got a question for you if you don't mind...In your opinion which of the TB boards would ride better in the south shore waves (summer coming around) the Paha or this board? Since I got rid of my 9'3 PSH and now only have DW boards I found myself stranded these past days during the windy choppy conditions... guess I have to shell out again and get a surfer for times like these.

Thanks!

kseal Howzit,

Knowing you had the 9'3  you should have no problem with either SUB. IMHO the Kai'e'e is a great paddler with no effort to paddle this SUB. Its great to paddle out to a far spot or from spot to spot. Surfing the Kai'e'e is crazy for a 10'5 its pretty quick and the drive of the bottom is crazy for a big board. It is the board of choice to surf in choppier conditions. The Paha is a bit more difficult to paddle not easy or difficult but a little more work but surfing responsiveness is what the Paha is all about. I also found it is stable but not in bad conditions because its already slow at paddling around this just makes it more work. Pure shortboard surfing performance is the true feeling of the Paha and the best way to recommend the Paha. The two boards are great but they do have there individual areas where they have there own advantages hope this helps. Aloha
