Ideas for race board

I have deciced that I am going to try and tackle the task of building my own race board. I would like to keep it in the under 12'6" class. My use for the board would be both flat water and downwind runs.

Does anyone have any design plans / ideas that they would be willing to share with me. I appreciate the help

Yeah, give me a call or lets chat over e-mail. You should come down to my house and I'll share everything I learned building mine. Lets do a downwinder after work this week. It's blowing hard now.
