I Believe !   Because I observed one for about 10 minutes in the late 1980's.  The ping pong ball movements with impossible acceleration matches what I saw.  No question what I saw was way past our tech.   Most impressive thing of all my life experiences.

I guess gvmt officials are allowed to talk now.
