Looking for a friend that was in Puerto Rico before Maria

Puerto Rico is in really bad shape. Hopefully he's just trying to get the basic necessities in some sort of order. Connecting with the outside world may not possible at the moment. His boat is probably trashed.

Whereabouts in PR was he? With internet, phone, power, and roads all out of commission, most people can't communicate any farther than they can walk right now. My aunt and uncle from San Juan had no idea how widespread the devastation had been until they escaped to Atlanta and were finally able to see all the coverage on tv and internet.

No address.  He lives on his boat.  With Irma, that skirted the N coast, he hid out in this concrete bunker style bathroom with a sat dish on the roof.  Pretty sure near San Juan.  Wherever the small boat harbor is.  Here the pic of the bathroom.  I've posted on FB as well.  No word yet.

He finally checked in.  He AND his boat are good, which is very cool.  September has been a rough month all over and October is also off to gnarly start so any good news is uplifting.
