Hi Admin - tried again on Safari and the same ISE came back up "like normal" but did not do the back and return keystrokes to get in.  Instead tried the Chrome app right away and got in on the first try without any probs which was kinda nice.  It may be a Safari browser issue on ipads like you note.  Anyways thought I would try to help problem solve for you.  If you need any more log data or test input let me know.  Cheers.

The other users that I read about were able to fix their Safari issues by updating to the current Version.  On iOS the Safari version is tied to the iOS so that would mean updating iOS.  It sounds like you have a workaround so...

I don't think this is one we are going to be able to resolve on our end.

Hi Admin - it may have something to do with Safari updates or possibly something else.  Our Safari was updated to the most recent version at one point before 10 came out.  But still had that problem - so the latest version may not be the only issue.  But since it is so easy and fast to press back and return - no worries.

If I update to 10 then that means I will have to update osx so iTunes will work when hooking up.  So one thing leads to another.  Can understand as Apple can only take time to support devices on older software for so long.  My legacy software works pretty much perfect as is - and updating will probs not be a good idea.  Just too many man-hours are expended for little gain for Apple.  Much easier and time better spent to just focus on current software bugs.  I only update if I really have to - especially when everything works "near perfect" as is.  Thx for taking the time to try anyways.
