Repairing the Thermosup "Plastic" Tahoe board

Need to repair a Tahoe Thermosup "Plastic" Paddlecraft.  Dose anyone have any info or do's and don't on repairing these.

Hopper,  Years ago I bought a 'plastic welder' from Harbor Freight that lays down a bead of plastic to seal a linear crack. Doubt it would be useful if you have serious structural damage.
