2016 Starboard Surprise with a 12'/6" by 25" Allstar

Just as a side note:
It may very well be accidental, but Starboard may have been some of the first to develop a UL board with two in-line fins. It's not quite vendral, but the 17'6x23" Sprint board had two fin boxes. Although marketed as "use one for flat water" and "use the other for open ocean", I have to admit that when this board has those two in line fins, stability is increased by many folds.

I say "accidental" because I have never heard a single person talk about using both.

Sadly, this board is no longer being produced, even though my board (17+ feet long) is still lighter than any other stock race board ever produced by the company - lighter than any 12'6 or 14' SB.
