Is a Goofboard useful?

Even on carpet, the goof board is a tad more difficult to crosstep than an SUP.  The difference is with a GB you have unlimited nose time. (And you can hang on to a piece of furniture when you are starting out).

I went ahead and bought one and have seen maybe a little improvement in my SUP balance from it, so far. 

The thing I didn't count on is how much fun they are.  It's fun to be able to do a "surfing" kind of thing in your house in the evening.  The other thing I didn't realize is how much of a workout it has been.  I am sweating after about 3 min on the thing.  Pretty cool device.
