Kettlebells for SUP training

I have been landlocked for a couple of weeks and going nuts. I decided to do some strength training and i discover kettlebells.
They are an ideal workout for SUP. It is a full body workout, you can do easily different types of HIIT training. hey work primarily your full posterior chain of muscles.
They are cheap, transportable, really awesome.

My lower back is stronger than ever. I leave you with a demo workout for you guys to get the idea:



Anybody out there uses kettlebells?
Any good workouts to consider?

Have a single 24kg kettlebell we use for OH swings and some HIIE cardio reps.  But for lower back and HGH -> dead lifts provide solid gains and are a fun goto exercise for us.   :)

Around the world; straight frontal raise; side raise; bent raise; upright row; upright press. 6 reps of each without stopping is one cycle. Fixed my shoulder which was junk from crashes, baseball ( big lefty curve) and hockey. Light weight. Three cycles. Has a polish name which I forget!

Ripped body builder showed it to me a long time ago..

Supraspinatus, rotator cuff, labrum mo bettah!

Do it on J-Fit nubbly half balls for even more fun. Do NOT lift those shoulders homeboys!
