This is one of the photos from the archives back in September of 07'. I think it was Boltupright that took this pic.

The rack looks great on the Porsche. I'm still dreaming about a SUP rack on a TR3, I need to get busy and get it done. I'll start when I get back to Portland. I have a TR3 in kit form that would just be a great surf rig.

This is how we do it in Papua New Guinea. Thats a grey market Mitsubishi Pajero. SUP on the roof and kites in the back so we have it all covered  :D

We had to remove the amps from underneath where we put the wet kites though

bigdom - got to love the SUP on the Porche.  I grew up in UK and go to london frequently for business, I just love walking down the street past bentleys, porches, Maserati's parked on the street in the rain.   As a Californian we are trained that beautiful cars melt in the rain... and must be garaged.

I have already killed one SUV with SUP and glad that it wasn't a porche. Good luck if you start getting in daily surfs.  I can keep a car sand / salt free if I have the time, but if I am pressed for time, I would rather have my beach car any day.

I gave up trying to keep my SUP SUV clean, so it is now retired to beach duty.  I park it at my office (near the beach) with all by gear in it.   I bought a new "Clean" car so that I dont have to embarrass my wife and daughter with a SUP car.  the clean and beach car system is working great.
