One thing I love about SUP surfing: More surfing in less time.

I have recently been stoking on the fact that one can get more exercise and more waves in a shorter time-frame with SUP surfing as opposed to prone surfing. 

This time of year I just have an hour to surf before I have to get out of the water to make it to work on time. SUP surfing is awesome because you catch more waves in a shorter time, you can ride little insider waves while waiting for sets then still get out for the set (usually), when it's really small you can still have fun on tiny waves, and you are getting exercise the entire session because you keep moving the whole time. 

Add to that the fun of ticking off the jerks that are in the surfing crowd, and you have the perfect surf paradigm!  SUP ROCKS!
