Definitely time on the ocean is what you need to gain stability...  forget about flat water unless you wanna work on your paddle stroke....

This morning I had a chance to get out in the surf so I did. 2-3' waves pretty clean with 3' swells at 6-7 sec. Figured not a bad day to try the 9'5" Allwave in the surf. Well I was nowhere near as stable and comfortable in the ocean as I was in the bay.

Cut yourself some slack, the NE 3', 6-7 sec waves that we've had for the last few days are like standing in continuous boat wake.  It will get better.

I'll just say if you're trying to get good at sex, you don't do it by playing more pinocle.
Then why are women always telling guys who want to practice that they need to start playing their cards right?

Bluffing is still a strategy, right?

Yes, but if it doesn't work, you better have a good hand.

Maybe "strip pinochle" would solve the dilemma.

Luckily we know from an earlier thread that this can be fixed with hockey tape.

Maybe a new thread on duct taping your outrigger.
