JD Motes is their South East rep and is regularly on the Zone. I'm sure he will chime in. I've seen him on the 8'2" and he does very well on it. Another friend is riding the 8'11" version and loves it. FWIW, I make and ride my own boards and have not tried an Exocet.

Great boards. Several guys that rip use them here on the Cape. The Carbon ones are light and strong.

Yeah..
I have one up for sale:  the 8'11x 32 Carbon
Gonna go quick at $800. Easily worth 1200    paddle scratches only...  no dings

    Love it....light.loose.glide
My problem is that i made an impulse buy on a new semi-custom, and basically my wife is gonna kill me....so i gotta drop inventory quick.
You know how to find me....not shipping it anywhere
Too many for the rack
Some in the shack
Some under decks
Some have straps

I don't know if the experience is direct, but I have 2 2008 Exocet windsurfing slalom boards, and they have been very tough.

Not indestructible, but tough.  The shapes are classic, and they have never let me down or crashed me unexpectedly.
