"Eat bird portions"--at least  the bucket of fried chicken is still OK.  I can't have a Coke with that ("no sugar", "no processed food") or maybe I can ("stop saying 'I can't' ").  And looks like smoking is still fine.

No grains or fruit? Aren't these the clean,unprocessed foods that we should encourage people to eat? I can see my abs and partake furiously in both. And WTF! How can there be no stress without a beer once in awhile? I'll stay on my regimen. Enjoy your slow demise from the mundane.

I like the "Go on more dates but don't eat or drink" rule.
So what are you supposed to do?

Hidden in all those "NO'S"  is a very easy to live PALEO lifestyle. Of course there is some good advise hidden in there.....  Like :

STOP watching TV, (stopped 5 years ago what a waste of time)

Relax and take NAPS (amen to that)

Play with kids more. (we should all do that more)

stop eating processed foods (thats a no brainer)

No High fructose corn syrup or MSG  (that stuff will kill you)

I guess no beer or wine will end life fore some. I could care less have not had any in 12 years and am loving life.

I wonder if the spartans gave up TV and Beer ??

Yeah, that's part of my diet honey! (or boss) lol.  I am going for that 6-pack abs!

If you can follow all that you are boring, hungry, unhappy and you have little Glycogen for any  endurance  sports of any kind.

Also, that is not a true  Paleo (CAVEMAN) diet, just sorta.
