Excited to see the elite's and race with them, well follow them to the finish haha. Yep, then afterwards probably going to walk around and get autographs... yea I'm a SUP groupie!!

as for the wind, you'd know better then me what the wind does up there. either way I'm sure it's more consistent then the big island, so it seems. I'm stoked either way

JF808.... sorry I missed you at the race.  Never even found out your real name in our PMs.  There were sooo many people.  I was kind of overwhelmed.  Hope you had a good race and all your logistics came together. 

Not great conditions but not terrible either.  Good enough, tho I had to work harder than usual.  Pretty cool to find a couple guys to duel it out with on the course. Nameless faces or backs.  Catching them in your peripheral  vision, putting on some steam, concentrating on the glides.

Jetskies, low flying helicopters, traffic jams inside Maliko... the whole Maui zoo.
