Isn't that a bit strange?  That you can't talk to someone about their product on the phone.  I need to see if they can send me a vent plug and a couple of screws if I buy this board I am looking at.  Also wanted to ask their opinion of buying a used board that has been out on the water with no drain plug but duct tape over the hole several times.
