Gear Talk / Imagine Eco Sprinter or Trainer

Hi Everyone!
Noobie here but love the sport. I purchased an inexpensive board and paddled around a few times. This past weekend I got out and really enjoyed the Hovie race/paddle at Newport. Got to ride someone's Bark and loved it. Now I am looking for a fast trainer/fun racer for flat water (bays and lakes). I am female 5'7" 110lbs. Cannot be longer than 12'6". I know there are a ton of them out there but I kind of have my eyes on the Imagine Eco boards, either the trainer or the sprinter. I know the trainer is changing dramatically this year and I am not really sure when it will be in So. Cal. The Sprinter looks exciting and I was wondering just how tippy it is.
Our current plan is to buy 2 Hovie Nomads for Ocean and longer camping trips. But since I live on Newport back bay I really want a fun workout board that I can jump on mid week for some fun training. We have already sold all the kayaks and hooked on this SUP stuff!!!
Thanks for the help! Jill
