I'm selling my 14' inflatable SUP that is designed for touring and racing. This is a Gong Couine Marie 14' Race model. It's 28" wide and 6" thick. It's very stable and extremely stiff (no flex), it rides just like a hard board with the convenience of an inflatable. This board covers a lot of distance very easily. I'm the original owner, I purchased it new in the Fall of 2021. Save hundreds on shipping and tarif's. The board is in excellent condition and has zero leaks or issues. It rides as new. This board is great for touring on the local lakes and in the ocean and is also an excellent downwind board.

For those who are unfamiliar with Gong, they're a very popular watersports brand in Europe.

Asking $420. Located in Bellevue, Wa. Comes with a triple-action pump ($90 value) and a really nice bag with wheels.

For sale: F-One Strike 6M CWC in like-new condition. Original owner. No rips, tears or repairs. This was used by me about 5 times and is still crispy. This wing is regarded as one of, if not the best light wind wings available on the market. Asking $625. Located in Bellevue, Wa. Comes with the bag, leash and harness lines shown in the photos. Does not come with a pump. I would prefer not to ship and would like to sell it locally if possible.

Selling my full carbon Gong foil kit in excellent condition:

•   85cm Full Carbon Pro Monobloc (One-Piece) Mast
•   Veloce XL Front Wing (1,600cm surface area - 94cm span)
•   Allvator Rear Wing (270cm surface area - 45cm span)
•   Carrying bag for the mast and front wing

Price is $750. This is a super light-weight full carbon complete foil setup. I am not interested in parting this kit out. Located in Bellevue, Washington. I would prefer not to ship the items and it would probably be too expensive anyway, so local pick-up is preferred. Performs really well in the conditions locally in the Northwest and pumps really well. For those who aren't familiar with the brand, Gong is a very popular watersports and foil company in Europe.

All components are in excellent condition. The only blemish is a small scuff on the bottom of the fuselage. There are a few surface imperfections in the clear coat on the top of the Veloce front wing, which arrived that way from the factory and obviously doesn't effect the performance at all.

General Discussion / Naish Factory & GTW Construction - Good Choice?

I read that Naish started producing their SUP boards in China starting in 2022 (and perhaps their other boards as well). Can anyone confirm this and have you noticed any quality issues?

The 9'0 x 29" Hokua looks like the perfect shape for my uses, but I am concerned about the GTW construction from a few posts that I've read over the years. I take good care of my gear, but I don't want to have to completely baby this thing. Should I be concerned about the quality of the GTW construction? Primarily worried about water intrusion from slight nicks or dings on the top of the board, then the board getting heavy/bubbling (happened to my 9'0 Nalu).

I am selling my F-One Swing 6M that is in like-new condition. It has only been used 5 times and is still crispy. No repairs or tears, holds air perfectly. This is widely regarded as the best light-wind wing and great for heavier riders or people just getting started in the sport. Save hundreds off the cost of buying new and ride now instead of waiting on pre-orders. Includes original bag and packet with spare parts and owners manual.

Asking $720. I would prefer to sell locally (Seattle, Wa.), but am open to shipping it in the continental US if the buyers pays for shipping via UPS.

F-One just released some information on their new "Compact Wing Concept" utilizing a 3 strut design for their upcoming 6M, 7M, & 8M Strike's. What do you guys make of this? The design looks like it addresses one of the Swing's main issues of the tall wingspan that leads to tips catching while riding.

I know that the Strike is still new to the market, but I was curious if any previous Swing V1 owners have had an opportunity to put some water time with the Strikes yet? Primarily I'm interested in...

-Weight: What is the weight difference between the Swing V1 & Strike?

-Light Wind Power: The Swing V1 is pretty grunty in light wind (less than 15mph). Is the Strike gruntier/more powerful?

General Discussion / Stepping Down From Old Naish Nalu 9’6 to New Hokua 9’0?

I have been enjoying my trusty old (2012) Naish Nalu 9’6 x 28” 130 liters for nearly 9 years in the surf on Maui. But I’ve got the itch for something new…something faster down the line and faster on waves of all sizes. I’m considering the Gerry Lopez shaped Naish Hokua 9’0 x 29” (not the older Harold Iggy design) from 2016+ either new or used. For reference I weigh 160 lbs.

Here’s what I’m looking for …
-Wave catching machine, from 2’ – 8’
-Fast down the line
-Fun and fast in mushy and bumpy surf conditions
-Paddles flat water reasonably well (isn’t a dog or draggy)

My main concern is giving up the glide and easy wave catching ability of the Nalu 9’6. It catches small waves with ease and I love that about it. I am not interested in boards wider than 29". In my experience the wider the board, the less fun it is.

Does anyone have any comments and experiences with the Hokua 9’0 that they can share? And how about the Naish quality in general in recent years? It seems that the overall quality of the brands products has been deteriorating over the years in my experience, so I’m hesitant to stick with the brand. Thanks for your input!

Gong continues to innovate with 5 wing models for 2021, including 2 brand-new models. A dedicated freestyle model and surf model. I suppose it won’t be long until all the major brands have a handful of different wing models, like kiteboarding.

Prone Foiling, Surf foiling, Pump Foiling / FSM Wing Board for Prone Foiling?

The only foil board that I own is a 5’1 Foil Surf Machines Wing board. I want to give prone surf foiling a try on an upcoming vacation (small waves). What are your guys thoughts on using this board for prone foil surfing? Is it doable or should I not go through the hassle of taking it with? I’m an intermediate wing foiler, but have never tried foil surfing.
