Aloha all,
I got the 14' racer to take and do the 4th of julyDa Hui race on Oahu.
I must say I was again ( I have the GL 9') very pleased with the performance!!
We had some wind and small bumps all the way from Turtle Bay down to Waimea Bay.
I cruised right along catching some and getting a good glide. Beautiful coastline, beautiful sights along the way and great after party after race at Turtle Bay.
This was the 35th year!!!!!! for it.

Seems to be a 17' Bullett from SIC just repainted!!!!!!!!
Steering is the same and looks are the same?

??
Last years board was definitely an SIC!

I just want to confirm that for me I really enjoyed the V2 all summer on Maui and had good
races with it! It was stable and fast for me. As opposed to the summer before. I had the V1 and sold it
pretty quickly! Just different boards. V2 definitely more stable. Just gotta walk a bit more, which I do think helps overall hull speed.

`If open ocean start, like at Maliko, Have everyone sit down on their boards!!!!!!
Not real hard to figure out. That way no one can get going early.
And yes Philippines is ALOT of fun on all levels.
Great ocean for paddling, surfing and sailing.
I'm enjoying all that it has to offer!

Bill, Please I'm aging fast enough already!!!! 52 is the uh oh yea 62 is the right age.
But anyway yep a hard paddle and an even harder run. 3 people passed me on the run
That was a drag, Jeez just a little respect. No not really it's all good!

Yep it was REALLY rocking and rolling out there!!!!!
It was so windy that it was pretty sloopy for the first 8 miles or so.
Then it started lining up better. It stayed pushing out, so the best line was to hang a little
closer in to the reef line. We passed just outside Kamaloe bouy. And that was a pretty good
line. Big bumps with long glides, dropping into the Molokai Express!!!!

I have a Ron House. Not sure the model. It's the carbon on top with the white bottom.
12-6. I have really been enjoying it as a fun kinda all around board. I had it on a downwinder in Kihei today and it went good. I surf it some and flat water it. I did a little comparison to a 14' board the other day and over 15 minutes of choppy water it was only 20 sec slower.
