i got some precut blanks and i`m trying to figure out how to keep the center line when shaving it down.i guess i could router down the chalk line and pour some colored resin in.any ideas ?

i looking to build a sup board for foiling.thinking about 7 ft x 32 x 4.i`m 195 lbs .already have a foil attached to one of my sup`s but it`s 10`6 and i`m having a tuff time .i`m just wondering about nose and tail dimensions as well as thickness and rail design .thanks for any help

i have a qt of wax solution additive for making laminating resin sanding resin.i know it doesn`t take much but is there a set ratio ?there are no instructions on the container just hazard warnings.

i have a carbon fiber shaft and want to make a blade for it.probably use fiberglass for the first one.any foto`s of how to form one up so the neck of the blade fits into the shaft?thanks

bought a hobie sumo last year but did not get the board down here to mexico untill this past weekend.it was on sale at a hobie shop in cali. so i bought it and my friend picked it up for me and stored it in his garage.he finally sailed his boat down here this year and i got the board still in the original bubble wrap and plastic.opened it up and the underside nose was delamed.i know it is a chinese board and has a vent plug but i guess it didn`t work.i guess it should have been checked somewhere along the line but that`s how it goes.anybody else had issues with hobie`s in particular?i know it probably got too hot somewhere along the line and i guess the plug didn`t work so well.are the plugs suppose to be unscewed alittle when the board is not in use?
