Thinning out the quiver. Board is in good shape, watertight, some clearcoat over graphics peeling on bottom, but generally looks and rides great. Board description from the website is below. Asking $499 John
The Walden Magic Model 9’11” Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) is an excellent all round performance board that’s equally comfortable riding waves or cruising on flat water.
Like all Magic Models this SUP features Walden’s patented hull design. Single concave runs from the nose through to the midpoint creating lift and stability. This is particularly good for nose-riding. Then a double concave extends towards the tail to maintain response when turning on a wave. A smooth, continuous rocker and a moderate amount of vee out through the tail preserves the maneuverability, while the bevel running around the perimeter of the board adds forgiveness in more critical situations. Walden SUP’s have a step deck, which reduces the volume in the rail. This adds sensitivity and bite when trimming along a wave, while still allowing the board to sit high in the water. Other features include the deck pad with an arch bar and kick, and a clear textured traction that runs to the nose. The generous outline on the Walden 9’11” SUP provides enough stability for SUP enthusiasts of all levels who want to mix the enjoyment of flat-water exploration with the excitement of riding waves.
