2015 Starboard Allstar 14 custom carbon?

I just bought what I was told is a 2015 Starboard Allstar 14 x28 custom carbon.
I'm a bit confused & could use some advice from anyone who has this specific board.
My board has the orange graphics and it says Custom Carbon.  However it has drain holes... I have yet to find a picture of a 2015 custom carbon Allstar 14 x28 with drain holes... It also weighs 30 lbs. without skeg, albeit with 2  light weight hand straps.   
Does anyone have this board and can verify it is the carbon version?

If it's 2015, then the orange graphics means it's carbon. The listed weight on the website is 27.78lb whereas the glass board is 31.5lb.

I could be mistaking… but the white tail tells us it's a custom carbon construction.
The two drain holes are standard on all Allstar models - see image below:

The board above looks like a Race not an Allstar. The 2015 14x25 and the 12’6 x 25 do not have drain holes. I’m not sure if the other sizes have them.

The 2014 and 2015 28 wide Allstar do have the drain holes.   Orange stripes is carbon as mentioned previously.  There was no significant changes to that width between 2014 and 2015.  The skinnier boards changed more.   They did put a centre handle on the 2015 which is a huge improvement.
