This mornings inlet junk Go Pro freezes

Here are a few shots from the chest view Go Pro. Kind of fun pretty choppy and shifty. But had to get it quick. The wind is already 20nts from the NE and the chops right now are bigger than the waves in the pics.

Nice.  What did you think of the chest mount?  I like the pics from the head mount but when I fall in it's the first thing I reach for to make sure I don't lose it.

I thought with a chest mount, I would get too many shots of the paddle shaft and my hands.

I like teh chest mount but surfing a hurricane swell this year I got hit in the chin by the SOB so hard I saw spots and a tunnel king of made me gun shy to wear it for a while. But for teh most part I do not even know its there you can aim it where ever you want pretty cool shooting your feet and watching from that angle. I had soem realy cool footage from earlier this year but my computer got a bad virus and lost it all..

I just picked up the Chesty mount and the Ride mount for my paddle.  Here's an uneventful clip off of Venice Beach so you can see how the paddle looks in the shot.  Its the first run I've done with it, so I will still play with the camera tilt to see how much board/no board I want to show.  Very comfortable and unobtrusive.

There's probably better examples on the GoPro Video page.  Fun camera to play with for sure.
