That really is a beautiful video. I'll take sports like that over overly-organized kids' team sports any day. 

One question--is there a certain board length beyond which the board is classified as a "vehicle" needing registration, license, etc.?  And what if you use a stick/pole with it?  Does that then restrict you to operating it only in certain areas, 300 feet from pedestrians or other longboarders?  Do you have to carry flares on the really long ones at night?  And if in Oregon, would there be some sort of pollution awareness permit required?
