Maui bound!

This time tomorrow I'm in board shorts.... So stoked I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight.

I am right behind you (5 months till my Maui trip).
So I'll likely sleep fine tonight (provided I have enough blankets on the bed).  Grrrr!

have a great time out there stoneaxe! wish i'd known that you wanted to check out an uli out earlier on. it would've been no problem to have jim ship mine out to you guys first. as it is, mine arrived today just after we've gotten pummeled by another snowstorm. not to worry though... it's just a lot of water that needs another kind of board!

couldn't be more jealous!  ...just in board shorts...
it's hard for me to remember how that feels.  i look forward to you telling us!  and i hope you have time afterward to post some reviews.

Maui is so nice.   I lived there in 1969.  I have been back many times as well. 

I view the road as a big figure eight and the cross section is packed, but as you get around the island you find more spaces. 

One reason many go to Maui is because of trade winds.  Great for windsurfing, but will probably get your exercise in or turn downwind and flow with it.  Surfing is fantastic with world class breaks.
